You are required to have at least a Temporary Sales Tax License from both the City of Phoenix and the State of Arizona in order to sell items at this year’s event.  The 2013 m7 Street Fair has been notified by both the City of Phoenix and the State of Arizona that the appropriate licenses will be required and you must collect taxes.

FOR FOOD VENDORS ONLY:  Please remember that food vendors also need a permit from the Maricopa County Health Department in order to sell food to the public.
