The following links are provided for your convenience.  You as the vendor are responsible for any and all codes and requirements enforced by the individual departments.  Please refer to the Phoenix Fire Department or the Maricopa County Health Department with any questions or concerns.  Upon acceptance or your application you have agreed to comply with any and all codes and your booth fee will not be refunded if you are unable to operate day of the event due to non-compliance with code.  The 2012 m7 Street Fair and the Seventh Avenue Merchants Association are not responsible for your compliance.  Please make sure you are up to code and have all permits and inspections prior to day of.
